The Central Exchange, Girls Night Out, took place on July 12th. "The Dining Divas," were treated like royalty by Bonefish Grill, 6334 N. Lucerne, in The Tuilleries Plaza. Managing Partner, Jason Gajan, graciously treated us to a night we will not soon forget! We indulged in numerous appetizers such as Bang Bang Shrimp, Mussels Josephine and Cajun Chicken Egg Roll; Bonefish Caesar and House Salad; Entrees of Atlantic Salmon, Longfin Tilapia and Filet Mignon; Pasta Dishes of Chicken Portabella Pasta and Diablo Shrimp Fettuccine; Decadent Desserts such as Chocolate Macadamia Nut Brownie Cake (complete with vanilla ice cream), Deep Dish Key Lime Pie and Creme Brulee and more fun flavored martinis than we could possibly consume! A big thank you to Jayne Siemens, Jason and his entire staff for the best food, drink and atmosphere we have experienced as a group! And a special thanks to Tanner, our server extraordinaire, whose knowledge, attitude, personality, undying attention and fabulous service really made our night!
